Mokka Agentur GbR, Wiesenstraße 32, 57271 Hilchenbach, Germany, is the controller responsible for data processing within the meaning of the DSGVO.

We process your data to provide the service: account data (email address, password hash, optional name) and the PDF documents you upload. Document content is processed server-side using automated detection (NER, OCR). All server locations are within the EU (Germany); for scanned documents, Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence (region Germany West Central) is used.

Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after a configurable period (default up to 30 days); audit logs are kept for 30 to 365 days depending on the plan. Account data is retained until the account is deleted and then removed within 30 working days.

You have the rights under Art. 15–22 DSGVO (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and regarding automated decision-making). Direct requests to info@datenmaske.de.
