The contracting party is Mokka Agentur GbR, Wiesenstraße 32, 57271 Hilchenbach, Germany. The subject matter is the use of the web-based application Datenmaske for detecting and redacting personal data in PDF documents; use requires a registered account.
The service is provided for a fee (monthly or yearly); payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe (Dublin, Ireland). Prices for already-paid terms remain unchanged; the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damage to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded. There is no liability for the completeness or accuracy of the automated detection; verifying the results is the user's responsibility.
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Hilchenbach (Amtsgericht Siegen); for consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
