Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for contracts concerning our service (§ 355 BGB). The period begins with the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise it, send a clear declaration (e.g. by email or letter) to Mokka Agentur GbR, Wiesenstraße 32, 57271 Hilchenbach, Germany, info@datenmaske.de. The withdrawal may also be declared electronically via the account settings in the web application; we confirm receipt immediately by email. A model withdrawal form is available but not required.

In case of withdrawal, we refund all payments received immediately, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the same means of payment; no fees are charged for this refund.

For paid digital services, the right of withdrawal expires early under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB once the service has been fully provided, provided you expressly agreed before performance began that we start before the withdrawal period ends, and confirmed your awareness that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.
